Advocaat – EU & Competition Law at Stibbe
Stibbe Amsterdam seeks an experienced Advocaat specialising in EU and competition law to join one of the strongest competition practices in the Benelux.
About the Role
You will advise Dutch and multinational clients on EU merger control notifications, cartel investigations by the ACM (Autoriteit Consument en Markt) and the European Commission, state aid matters, and abuse of dominance cases. The role involves representing clients before Dutch and European courts and regulators.
Requirements
- Meester in de rechten or LL.M. with a specialisation in EU/competition law
- Registered as advocaat with the Orde van Advocaten
- 3-7 years of experience in competition and EU law
- Experience with ACM and European Commission proceedings
- Excellent Dutch and English language skills
- Strong academic background; publications in competition law are valued
