About the Role
KG Law Firm is hiring an EU Competition Law Associate for our Athens office. You will work on merger notifications, antitrust investigations, and state aid matters under Greek and EU competition frameworks, advising major domestic and multinational companies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare merger notification filings for the Hellenic Competition Commission and European Commission
- Advise clients on antitrust compliance and cartel risk assessment
- Handle dawn raid preparedness and represent clients in competition investigations
- Research state aid rules and advise on government subsidies and public procurement
- Draft competition compliance programs for corporate clients
Requirements
- Greek law degree; LLM in EU/Competition Law highly desirable
- Active member of a Greek Dikigoritikos Syllogos
- 2-5 years of experience in competition law
- Excellent knowledge of Greek Law 3959/2011 and EU Treaty Articles 101-102
- Fluent in English; strong analytical and research skills
