Job Description
Fugar & Company, one of Ghana's longest-established law firms, seeks an Associate for its Corporate & Commercial practice. Work on telecommunications, energy, banking, and capital markets transactions from the heart of Accra's business district.
Responsibilities
Draft shareholder agreements, joint venture documents, and corporate restructuring plans. Advise on regulatory compliance for telecoms and energy sector clients. Support capital markets listings and bond issuances on the Ghana Stock Exchange. Handle corporate governance and company secretarial matters.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Called to the Ghana Bar. 2-5 years experience in corporate or commercial law. Strong knowledge of Companies Act and corporate governance requirements.
