Job Description

KONE Corporation, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, is seeking a Contracts Manager for our Legal Department in Espoo. You will manage contract processes for KONE's Nordic operations, covering supply agreements, maintenance contracts, and modernization projects.

The position requires expertise in Finnish contract law, procurement regulations, and the Osakeyhtiölaki (Companies Act) as it applies to corporate governance. You will collaborate with KONE's commercial and procurement teams to ensure contractual risk management across the region.

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts for KONE's Nordic operations. Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks. Advise project teams on contractual risk, liability, and dispute resolution clauses. Manage contract lifecycle from negotiation through performance and renewal. Train business teams on contract management best practices.

Requirements

OTM degree from a Finnish university. 4-6 years of contract management or commercial law experience. Strong knowledge of Finnish contract law and commercial legislation. Experience in the construction, engineering, or technology sectors preferred. Fluent in Finnish and English.
