Corporate Compliance Manager

SABIC is seeking a Corporate Compliance Manager to join our Legal Affairs department in Riyadh. This role oversees the company's global compliance program covering anti-corruption, sanctions, trade controls, and corporate governance.

Role Overview

As one of the world's largest chemical companies with operations in over 50 countries, SABIC requires a robust compliance framework. You will manage the company's compliance program, conduct risk assessments, and ensure adherence to Saudi regulations, international anti-corruption laws, and trade sanctions regimes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage SABIC's global compliance program including anti-corruption, sanctions, and trade controls
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Investigate compliance allegations and manage the internal whistleblower program
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees and third parties
  • Advise on corporate governance requirements under Saudi Companies Law and CMA rules
  • Coordinate with external regulators and auditors on compliance matters

Requirements

  • LLB or Master's in law, compliance, or related field
  • 6-10 years of compliance experience in a multinational corporation or law firm
  • Knowledge of anti-corruption laws (FCPA, UK Bribery Act), sanctions regimes, and trade controls
  • Compliance certification (CCEP, CFE) preferred
  • Experience managing investigations and whistleblower programs
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
