Job Description

PTT Public Company Limited is recruiting a Partner-level Corporate Governance & Compliance leader for its Bangkok headquarters. You will oversee the legal and compliance framework for one of Asia's largest energy conglomerates, ensuring adherence to SET corporate governance standards, anti-corruption laws, the PDPA, and international compliance frameworks. The role involves advising the Board of Directors, managing regulatory relationships, and leading a team of in-house lawyers across PTT's domestic and international operations.

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of legal experience with significant in-house or compliance leadership background. Thai Lawyers Council license required. Expert knowledge of the Securities and Exchange Act, Public Limited Company Act, PDPA, and anti-corruption laws. Experience with SOE governance frameworks. Strong leadership and management skills. Fluent in Thai and English.
