Job Description

Stanbic Bank Ghana is seeking a Legal Officer for its Corporate & Investment Banking division. Provide legal support on structured finance, trade finance, and capital markets transactions.

Responsibilities

Review and negotiate loan documentation and security instruments. Advise on structured finance and trade finance transactions. Provide legal support for capital markets activities. Conduct legal due diligence on corporate clients and transactions.

Requirements

LLB from a recognized university. Called to the Ghana Bar. 3-6 years experience in banking, finance, or corporate law. Understanding of Bank of Ghana regulations and Securities Industry Act.
