• Conducting merger review analysis including market definition and competitive effects assessment
• Investigating anti-competitive agreements (horizontal and vertical) under Ley 1340 de 2009
• Preparing investigation reports and administrative resolutions for the Superintendente
• Analysing abuse of dominant position complaints and market studies
• Coordinating with international competition authorities on cross-border investigations

• Título de Abogado and active Tarjeta Profesional
• 3-6 years of experience in competition law, regulatory law, or economic regulation
• Strong knowledge of Ley 1340 de 2009 and Decreto 4886 de 2011
• Understanding of merger control analysis (market definition, competitive effects assessment)
• Analytical skills for economic evidence assessment in cartel investigations
• Specialisation (especialización) or Master's in competition law, economic law, or public law preferred
