Job Description
Badri and Salim El Meouchi Law Firm, one of the Middle East's oldest legal practices with over 140 years of history, is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate for its Beirut office. The successful candidate will handle complex commercial and civil litigation before Lebanese courts and international arbitration tribunals.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in high-value commercial disputes before Lebanese courts. Manage complex multi-party litigation and international arbitration proceedings. Draft pleadings, legal briefs, and submissions in Arabic and French. Advise clients on dispute resolution strategy and settlement negotiations. Mentor junior associates and stagiaires.
Requirements
Licence en Droit from a recognized Lebanese university. Active membership in the Beirut Bar Association with minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience. Demonstrated expertise in commercial litigation and arbitration under Lebanese and international rules. Fluency in Arabic and French required; English proficiency strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of the Lebanese Code of Civil Procedure.
