• Type: Corporate Legal Internship (Stage juridique)
• Duration: 6-month internship
• Start Date: Q3 2026
• Eligibility: Final-year MLaw students or recent MLaw graduates from a Swiss university with IP law coursework or interest

What You Will Do

• Assist with trademark portfolio management and clearance searches
• Support patent filing and prosecution processes
• Research IP law developments in Switzerland and internationally
• Assist with brand protection and anti-counterfeiting projects
• Review licensing agreements and IP clauses in commercial contracts

• Support the IP team on daily portfolio management
• Conduct trademark and patent searches
• Assist with opposition and enforcement proceedings
• Draft correspondence with IP offices and outside counsel
• Participate in legal department training programs

• MLaw student (final year) or recent MLaw graduate from a Swiss university
• Coursework or interest in intellectual property law
• Fluent in English and French; German is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in FMCG and consumer goods industry
