This paid 3-month internship is ideal for law students interested in technology law, data privacy, and intellectual property — one of Indonesia's fastest-growing legal sectors following the enactment of UU PDP (Data Protection Law).

Programme Details

• Duration: 3 months
• Stipend: Paid — IDR 3,500,000-5,000,000 per month

What You Will Learn

• Assist on trademark and patent filings with DJKI
• Research UU PDP (Data Protection Law) compliance requirements for clients
• Draft technology licensing agreements and data processing agreements
• Attend DJKI hearings and IP dispute proceedings
• Analyse emerging technology regulations (AI, fintech, e-commerce)

Eligibility

• 3rd or 4th year LLB student from a recognised Indonesian university
• Interest in IP, technology law, or data privacy
• Strong research and writing skills
• Good English for reviewing international IP frameworks
