The Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros offers a pre-professional internship at its Ambato regional office. The Ambato office serves companies in the central highlands provinces of Tungurahua, Cotopaxi, Chimborazo, Bolívar, and Pastaza.

Interns will gain practical experience in corporate regulatory work, assisting with company registration reviews, annual compliance checks, and administrative proceedings. Ambato is Ecuador's fourth-largest city and a key commercial hub in the Sierra Central.

• Reviewing company formation documents for completeness and legal compliance
• Assisting with annual compliance verification for companies in the central highlands
• Conducting legal research on Ley de Compañías provisions and SCVS resolutions
• Supporting administrative proceedings and maintaining case files
• Helping with data entry and document management in the SCVS portal

• Currently enrolled in the final 2 years of Derecho at a university in central Ecuador (Universidad Técnica de Ambato, PUCE Ambato, or equivalent)
• Interest in corporate law, commercial regulation, or public administration
• Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
• Based in Ambato or willing to relocate
• Compliance with LOSEP requirements for public sector internships
