Practicante — Judicatura en Cumplimiento (Medellín)

Bancolombia offers a 12-month Judicatura placement in the Compliance and Legal Risk department at its Medellín headquarters. This programme provides final-year Derecho students and recent graduates with comprehensive exposure to banking compliance, AML/SARLAFT operations, and financial regulatory matters in Colombia's largest financial institution.

Judicantes receive structured training on SARLAFT, Superfinanciera regulations, and compliance best practices. The programme includes mentorship, cross-departmental rotation opportunities, and a competitive stipend. Outstanding judicantes may receive permanent employment offers.

• Assisting the compliance team with SARLAFT monitoring and reporting
• Reviewing and updating internal compliance policies and procedures
• Conducting research on Superfinanciera circulars and regulatory developments
• Supporting the preparation of regulatory reports and UIAF filings
• Participating in compliance training sessions and awareness programmes

• Final-year Derecho student or recent graduate completing Judicatura
• Interest in banking regulation, compliance, or financial law
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Basic knowledge of the Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools a plus
