Stage Juridique — Nouvelles Technologies — Orange Madagascar
Orange Madagascar offers a paid stage in technology and telecommunications law at its Andraharo campus in Antananarivo. This 6-month stage places you in one of Madagascar's most innovative corporate legal departments, working on data protection, digital service regulation, mobile money compliance, and commercial contract management.
The stage provides exposure to the intersection of law and technology in a fast-moving industry. You will work alongside experienced juristes on matters involving ARTEC regulation, Orange Money compliance, and digital privacy. Orange Madagascar's stage program includes structured mentoring and the opportunity to rotate across different legal functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist juristes with data protection compliance reviews and assessments
- Support contract management for technology vendor agreements
- Conduct research on telecommunications regulations and ARTEC directives
- Assist with Orange Money regulatory compliance documentation
- Help prepare legal training materials for business units
- Participate in legal department meetings and Orange Group training sessions
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in law, with interest in technology or telecommunications law
- Strong academic record and genuine interest in digital innovation
- Basic understanding of data protection principles and telecommunications regulation
- Fluency in French; English proficiency required for Orange Group interactions
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools
- Available for a 6-month full-time commitment
