Abogado — Derecho Fiscal

Cuatrecasas' Madrid office on Calle de Almagro is looking for an Abogado to join its top-ranked Derecho Fiscal department. Located in the Chamberí district, near the Tribunal Económico-Administrativo Central and the Agencia Tributaria's central offices, you will advise Spanish and international companies on corporate taxation, VAT, and tax litigation.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Advise on Impuesto sobre Sociedades planning, consolidation regimes (régimen de consolidación fiscal), and holding structures
• Handle VAT (IVA) advisory for complex supply chains and cross-border transactions under Ley 37/1992
• Prepare and defend Actas de Inspección before the Agencia Tributaria and TEAC
• Draft ruling requests (consultas vinculantes) to the Dirección General de Tributos
• Monitor and advise on Spain's transposition of EU tax directives (ATAD, Pillar Two via Ley 7/2024)

Requisitos

• Graduado en Derecho or Derecho y ADE; Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía
• Colegiado at ICAM; 3-5 years PQE in tax advisory
• Strong knowledge of Ley General Tributaria and procedimiento tributario
• Working English required
