Associate — Commercial Litigation

Hassan Radhi & Associates seeks an Associate for its Commercial Litigation practice in Manama. Based at the firm's Diplomatic Area office, you will handle civil and commercial disputes before Bahrain's courts and arbitration tribunals, including the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR-AAA).

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients before the High Civil Court, Commercial Court, and Court of Appeal in Manama
• Draft pleadings, memoranda, and legal opinions in Arabic and English
• Handle arbitration proceedings under BCDR-AAA rules and ICC arbitration
• Advise on enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards under the New York Convention
• Research Bahraini case law and Civil Code provisions for case strategy

• Manage a caseload of 15-20 active commercial disputes
• Attend court hearings at the Bahrain Court Complex in Manama
• Prepare witness statements and expert reports
• Maintain case files and track deadlines for the litigation team

• LLB from a recognised university
• Admitted by the Bahrain Bar Society
• 3-5 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation or arbitration
• Excellent Arabic and English (bilingual drafting required)
• Knowledge of Bahrain Civil Code and Commercial Companies Law
