Job Description

Metcalfe Attorneys is looking for a recently admitted advocate to join its busy commercial litigation team in Windhoek. You will work on civil and commercial disputes in the High Court of Namibia.

Responsibilities

Prepare pleadings, notices and heads of argument
Appear in the High Court and Magistrates Court
Advise clients on dispute resolution strategy
Assist senior advocates on complex matters

Requirements

LLB and admitted as legal practitioner in Namibia
0–2 years post-admission experience
Strong research, drafting and advocacy skills
