Job Description
FM Associates, recognized as a leading employment law firm in Bangladesh, is hiring an Associate to join its Employment Law practice. The role involves advising employers on labor compliance, employee relations, and workplace disputes under the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006.
Responsibilities
Advise employers on compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 and EPZ Labour Act 2019. Draft employment contracts, HR policies, and separation agreements. Represent clients in Labour Court proceedings. Handle workplace investigations and disciplinary matters. Advise on occupational health and safety compliance.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Enrolled as Advocate with Bangladesh Bar Council. 2-3 years of relevant experience in employment or labor law. Knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 and Labour Rules 2015. Strong analytical and communication skills.
