Job Description
Chiomenti is expanding its presence in Southern Italy and seeking an Associate to support restructuring and insolvency mandates from Naples, working with the firm's Milan and Rome offices. Based near the Tribunale di Napoli on Centro Direzionale, you will handle distressed situations under Italy's new Codice della Crisi d'Impresa e dell'Insolvenza (D.Lgs. 14/2019).
Key Responsibilities
- Advise creditors and debtors on concordato preventivo (pre-insolvency arrangements) and accordi di ristrutturazione
- Draft applications and manage proceedings under the Codice della Crisi (D.Lgs. 14/2019)
- Support NPL (non-performing loan) transactions and distressed M&A
- Represent clients before the Sezione Fallimentare of the Tribunale di Napoli
Requirements
- Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Università Federico II di Napoli or equivalent
- Admitted as Avvocato; 3-5 years PQE in restructuring, insolvency, or banking
- Knowledge of Codice della Crisi d'Impresa (D.Lgs. 14/2019)
- English proficiency required
