Job Description
Tilleke & Gibbins is hiring an Employment & Labor Law Associate for its Bangkok office. You will advise Thai and multinational employers on the Labour Protection Act, work permit and visa requirements, employee termination procedures, and workplace safety regulations. Responsibilities include drafting employment contracts, workplace policies, and severance agreements. You will handle labor court disputes, advise on collective bargaining, and assist clients with restructuring and workforce reductions under Thai labor law.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years of employment law experience in Thailand. Thai Lawyers Council license required. Strong knowledge of the Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541, Labour Relations Act, Social Security Act, and Alien Working Management Act. Experience with Labour Court proceedings. Fluent in Thai and English. Immigration law experience is a plus.
