Enforcement Attorney — Israel Securities Authority (ISA), Jerusalem
The Israel Securities Authority (ISA) is seeking an Enforcement Attorney to join its Investigation and Enforcement Division in Jerusalem. The ISA is the regulatory body overseeing Israel's securities markets, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), and investment fund industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate suspected insider trading, market manipulation, and securities fraud under Securities Law 5728-1968
- Prepare enforcement recommendations and administrative proceedings against market participants
- Analyze trading data, financial statements, and corporate disclosures for evidence of violations
- Draft enforcement actions, settlement agreements, and prohibition orders
- Coordinate with the Israel Police Financial Crimes Unit and international regulators (SEC, FCA) on cross-border enforcement
- Monitor TASE trading patterns and corporate disclosure compliance
- Contribute to policy development on market integrity, fintech regulation, and digital asset oversight

About the ISA

Requirements
- Israel Bar Association membership with active license
- 2-5 years of legal experience in securities law, financial regulation, white-collar crime, or commercial litigation
- Knowledge of Securities Law 5728-1968, Joint Investment Trust Law, and TASE listing rules
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and trading data
- LLB from a recognized Israeli university; LLM in securities regulation or financial law is a plus
- Fluent Hebrew and English
- Israeli citizenship required for security clearance purposes
