OCP Group, the world's largest phosphate producer headquartered in Casablanca, is seeking a Junior Environmental Compliance Lawyer to support its ambitious sustainability programme. OCP has committed to becoming carbon-neutral by 2040, investing heavily in solar energy, water desalination, and green hydrogen across its production sites in Khouribga, Jorf Lasfar, and Benguerir.

About the Role

You will join OCP's Legal Department working on environmental compliance matters including environmental impact assessments (EIAs) under Loi n°12-03, water usage permits under the Loi sur l'eau (Loi 36-15), air and soil quality regulations, and waste management compliance. The role also involves supporting OCP's ESG reporting obligations and engagement with international environmental standards.

• Master's degree in Environmental Law, Natural Resources Law, or Public Law
• 0-2 years' experience in environmental compliance, mining law, or related field
• Knowledge of Loi 11-03 (environmental protection), Loi 12-03 (EIAs), and Loi 36-15 (water law)
• Understanding of international environmental standards (IFC Performance Standards, ISO 14001)
• Strong research and analytical skills in French; English required; Arabic preferred
