Job Description
Join MTN Ghana's in-house legal team to manage commercial contracts across the business. Handle vendor agreements, technology licensing, tower-sharing arrangements, and mobile money partnerships.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts including technology agreements. Review mobile money and fintech partnership contracts. Advise business units on contractual risks and obligations. Manage contract lifecycle and renewals for key vendor agreements.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Called to the Ghana Bar. 3-5 years experience in commercial or contract law. Experience in telecoms, fintech, or technology sector preferred.
