Google Ireland is seeking a Contract Counsel to join the commercial legal team at Google's European headquarters in Dublin's Docklands. You will negotiate and manage a high volume of commercial contracts supporting Google's EMEA business, including advertising, cloud services, and technology partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements for Google Cloud and advertising products
• Advise internal teams on contract risk and legal exposure
• Develop and improve contract templates and playbooks
• Manage relationships with strategic partners and vendors
• Advise on Irish and EU commercial law requirements

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or barrister in Ireland or an EU jurisdiction
• 4-6 years PQE in commercial or contracts law
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Technology sector experience preferred
• Ability to manage high-volume workload efficiently
• Excellent business judgement and communication skills
