Real Estate & Construction Law Partner — Goldfarb Gross Seligman, Tel Aviv

Goldfarb Gross Seligman (GGS) is seeking a Real Estate & Construction Law Partner to lead its growing property practice. Israel's booming real estate market, driven by urban renewal (Tama 38/Pinui Binui), infrastructure megaprojects, and foreign investment, demands top-tier legal expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex real estate transactions including commercial property acquisitions, development agreements, and joint ventures
Advise on urban renewal projects (Tama 38 and Pinui Binui) including contractor agreements and tenant relocation
Handle Israel Land Authority (Rashut Mekarkei Yisrael) tenders and ground lease transactions
Advise institutional investors and REITs on Israeli real estate portfolio acquisitions
Handle construction disputes and contractor claims before Israeli courts and arbitration tribunals
Advise on planning and zoning matters including National Planning Council and local committee approvals
Leverage CMS global network for cross-border real estate investment into Israel

Requirements

Israel Bar Association membership with 12+ years of active real estate practice
Deep expertise in Israeli land law, Planning and Building Law 5725-1965, and Israel Land Authority regulations
Track record of handling major real estate transactions and development projects
Experience with urban renewal frameworks (Tama 38, Pinui Binui)
LLB from a top Israeli university
Fluent Hebrew and English
Existing client relationships in the Israeli real estate sector
