You will advise on commercial property transactions, development projects, and real estate finance matters for leading Irish and international clients. Cork is experiencing significant growth as a business hub, and this role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of the firm's expansion outside Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on commercial property acquisitions, disposals, and lettings
  • Handle real estate finance and security documentation
  • Advise on property development, planning, and construction matters
  • Conduct title investigations and conveyancing
  • Advise on landlord and tenant law under Deasy's Act and the LTARB Act

  • Qualified solicitor on the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland
  • 3-6 years PQE in real estate or property law

  • Strong attention to detail and client management skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
