Legal Paralegal - Corporate and Commercial
Baker McKenzie Habib Al Mulla is hiring a Legal Paralegal to support our Corporate and Commercial team in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work on high-profile transactions in the Kingdom.
Role Overview
As a paralegal in our Riyadh office, you will provide critical support to lawyers working on M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and regulatory compliance matters. You will manage due diligence processes, maintain corporate records, and assist with filings to the Ministry of Commerce and the CMA.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lawyers with due diligence reviews for M&A and corporate transactions
- Prepare and file corporate documents with the Ministry of Commerce (MoC) and CMA
- Maintain corporate minute books, board resolutions, and shareholder registers
- Coordinate legal document translations (Arabic/English)
- Manage transaction checklists, closing binders, and post-completion filings
- Research Saudi corporate law requirements and prepare legal memoranda

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in law, legal studies, or business administration
- 1-3 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Knowledge of Saudi corporate law and Ministry of Commerce filing procedures
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
