Job Description

Legal Secretary — Al Suwaidi & Company

Al Suwaidi & Company in Sharjah is looking for a Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to the firm's litigation and corporate advisory teams. This role is ideal for someone starting a legal career in the Northern Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft correspondence, legal notices, and demand letters in Arabic and English
  • Prepare court filing documents and coordinate with Sharjah Court registry
  • Manage advocates' diaries, court hearing schedules, and filing deadlines
  • Handle client intake processes, conflict checks, and file opening procedures
  • Coordinate with notaries public, translation offices, and government departments
  • Maintain physical and electronic filing systems for all case and client files
