Job Description

Linklaters' Bangkok office in the Sathorn business district is seeking a Partner to lead its Capital Markets & Securities practice in Thailand. You will advise on IPOs, secondary offerings, bond issuances, and rights offerings on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Market for Alternative Investment (mai). The role involves working with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thailand on prospectus reviews, advising SET-listed companies on continuous disclosure obligations, and structuring innovative capital markets products including REITs and infrastructure funds.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of capital markets experience with a proven track record of leading major transactions. Thai Lawyers Council license required. Deep expertise in the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535, SET listing rules, and SEC regulations. Strong client following and business development capabilities. Fluent in Thai and English. Experience with cross-border offerings and dual listings preferred.
