Senior Banking & Finance Associate

Baker McKenzie's Bangkok office in the Sathorn district is recruiting a Senior Banking & Finance Associate to advise Thai and international financial institutions on complex lending transactions, project finance, and structured finance deals. You will draft and negotiate facility agreements, security packages, and intercreditor arrangements under Thai law. The role involves advising on Bank of Thailand regulations, foreign exchange controls, and cross-border lending structures. You will work on landmark infrastructure financing, energy project finance, and syndicated loan transactions across the ASEAN region.

Minimum 7 years of banking and finance experience at a top-tier law firm. Thai Lawyers Council license required. Deep knowledge of Thai secured transactions law, Bank of Thailand regulations, and the Financial Institutions Business Act. Experience with project finance and capital markets transactions. Fluent in Thai and English with excellent drafting skills.
