You will assist with loan documentation, security packages, and regulatory filings for syndicated loans, project finance transactions, and acquisition finance deals. The role provides excellent training in Thai secured transactions, Bank of Thailand regulations, and cross-border lending structures under both Thai and English law. You will work alongside partners and senior associates on high-profile ASEAN transactions.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of banking law experience or outstanding academic credentials. Thai Lawyers Council license required. Knowledge of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code (Book III - Secured Transactions), Financial Institutions Business Act, and Bank of Thailand regulations. Strong English legal drafting skills. Graduates from Thammasat or Chulalongkorn law programs preferred.
