Senior Commercial Counsel — Global Sales — Check Point Software Technologies, Tel Aviv
Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to support its global sales organization from the Tel Aviv headquarters. This role involves negotiating enterprise cybersecurity contracts with government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and critical infrastructure operators worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex enterprise software license agreements, managed security service contracts, and cloud security subscriptions
- Advise on government procurement contracts including Israeli Ministry of Defense, NATO, and US federal government cybersecurity agreements
- Handle channel partner agreements, reseller contracts, and OEM licensing across global markets
- Advise on export control compliance for cybersecurity technology under Israeli Defense Export Control Agency (DECA) regulations
- Manage contract escalations and dispute resolution with major global accounts
- Support M&A and corporate development transactions for technology acquisitions
- Advise on SEC compliance, quarterly reporting, and NASDAQ corporate governance for this publicly listed company

Requirements
- Israel Bar Association membership; New York Bar admission is an advantage
- 6-10 years of commercial or technology law experience, including enterprise contract negotiation
- Experience with software licensing models, SaaS, and cybersecurity industry contracts
- Knowledge of Israeli export control regulations (DECA) and US export control (EAR/ITAR) is a plus
- LLB from a recognized Israeli university; LLM preferred
- Fluent Hebrew and English; ability to negotiate with global counterparties
- Experience in the technology or defense sector is strongly valued
