Technology & AI Law Associate — Naschitz Brandes Amir, Tel Aviv
Naschitz Brandes Amir (NBA) is seeking a Technology & AI Law Associate to join its growing technology practice near Rothschild Boulevard in Tel Aviv. Israel's position as a global AI and deep-tech leader creates growing demand for lawyers who can navigate the intersection of technology, regulation, and commercial law.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise Israeli AI and deep-tech companies on commercial technology agreements, SaaS contracts, and platform terms
- Draft and negotiate technology licensing, OEM, and distribution agreements
- Advise on emerging AI regulation, including EU AI Act implications for Israeli companies with European operations
- Handle data privacy matters involving Israeli Privacy Protection Authority requirements and EU GDPR
- Support M&A due diligence for technology company acquisitions, focusing on IP and technology assets
- Advise on open-source software compliance and licensing issues
- Monitor Israeli and international regulatory developments in AI, autonomous vehicles, and fintech

Requirements
- Israel Bar Association membership with active license
- 2-5 years of technology, IP, or commercial law experience
- Understanding of software licensing models, SaaS agreements, and technology commercialization
- Knowledge of Israel's Protection of Privacy Law 5741-1981 and familiarity with EU GDPR
- LLB from a recognized Israeli law faculty; technology or science background is valued
- Fluent Hebrew and English
- Genuine interest in AI, emerging technology, and their legal implications
