Job Description

Junior Technology Solicitor - Mason Hayes & Curran

Mason Hayes & Curran is seeking a Junior Technology Solicitor to join our award-winning technology team at our Dublin offices. You will advise technology companies, financial institutions, and public bodies on technology contracts, outsourcing, cloud computing, and emerging technology regulation.

This is an ideal role for a recently qualified solicitor with an interest in technology law to develop their career at a firm recognised as a leader in this space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate technology contracts, SaaS agreements, and outsourcing arrangements
  • Advise on cloud computing and digital transformation projects
  • Support the data privacy team on technology-related GDPR matters
  • Advise on EU Digital Services Act and AI Act compliance
  • Conduct legal research on emerging technology regulation

Requirements

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor recently admitted in Ireland
  • 0-2 years PQE in technology, commercial, or IT law
  • Interest in technology law and digital regulation
  • Strong academic record from a recognised Irish law school
  • PPC completed at the Law Society of Ireland
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills
