Regulatory Counsel - EU Digital Services - Meta Ireland
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited is looking for a Regulatory Counsel to join the European legal team at Meta's international headquarters on Merrion Road, Dublin. You will focus on EU content regulation, the Digital Services Act (DSA), and engagement with Irish and European regulatory bodies.
As Meta's European legal hub, the Dublin team plays a critical role in shaping the company's response to evolving EU regulation. This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most consequential regulatory matters in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on EU Digital Services Act compliance and implementation
- Manage regulatory relationships with Irish and EU authorities
- Advise on content moderation legal frameworks across EU jurisdictions
- Support litigation and enforcement matters related to platform regulation
- Advise on online safety legislation including Ireland's Online Safety Code
- Collaborate with policy, trust & safety, and engineering teams

Requirements
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor or barrister in Ireland or an EU Member State
- 6-10 years PQE in regulatory, technology, or media law
- Strong understanding of EU Digital Services Act, GDPR, and Irish legislation
- Experience with regulatory investigations or enforcement proceedings
- Technology platform experience preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
