Senior Dispute Resolution Lawyer

Weerawong, Chinnavat & Partners is looking for a Senior Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join its litigation and arbitration practice in the Sathorn district of Bangkok. You will represent clients in the Thai courts (Civil Court, Intellectual Property and International Trade Court, and Supreme Court) and in international arbitration proceedings under ICC, SIAC, and UNCITRAL rules. The role covers commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, construction claims, and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards under the Thai Arbitration Act. You will also advise on alternative dispute resolution and mediation under the Thai Civil Procedure Code.

Minimum 8 years of dispute resolution experience in Thailand. Active Thai Lawyers Council license required. Strong advocacy skills and experience appearing before Thai courts. Knowledge of international arbitration rules and the New York Convention. Experience with the Thai Arbitration Act B.E. 2545. Fluent in Thai and English. Strong analytical and legal research skills.
