Job Description
Senior Litigation Partner — Cabinet Ksentini Avocats
Cabinet Ksentini Avocats is seeking a Senior Litigation Partner to lead its expanding commercial dispute resolution practice. This is a partnership-level opportunity for an accomplished litigator with a strong track record in Algerian courts.
Rôle
- Lead high-value commercial litigation matters before Algeria's Tribunaux de Commerce, Cours d'appel, and the Cour suprême
- Manage a team of junior associates and supervise their professional development
- Develop and maintain client relationships with major corporate clients and institutions
- Handle complex disputes in commercial law, construction law, insurance litigation, and administrative law
- Represent clients in domestic arbitration proceedings under the Centre National d'Arbitrage (CNA)
- Contribute to business development, firm marketing, and thought leadership

Requirements
Doctorate or Master's in Law with 10+ years of litigation experience in Algeria. Active membership and good standing with the Ordre des Avocats d'Alger. Proven track record of successful outcomes in complex commercial disputes. Strong reputation within the Algerian legal community. Excellent advocacy skills before all levels of the Algerian judiciary. Business development capabilities and existing client relationships. Fluency in Arabic and French; English is desirable. Leadership and team management experience.
