Job Description
The Ghana Revenue Authority is recruiting a Tax Legal Officer for its Domestic Tax Revenue Division. Handle tax enforcement, dispute resolution, and provide legal advisory on tax collection and compliance matters.
Responsibilities
Handle tax dispute cases before the Tax Appeals Tribunal and courts. Advise on interpretation and application of tax laws. Support debt recovery and enforcement proceedings. Draft legal opinions on tax compliance matters.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Called to the Ghana Bar. 2-5 years experience in tax law, revenue law, or general litigation. Knowledge of Revenue Administration Act 2016 and Income Tax Act.
