Internship Description

CMS Zagreb offers a Competition Law Internship providing exposure to EU and Croatian antitrust matters, merger control filings, and compliance advisory. Interns will work alongside experienced competition lawyers on live client matters.

Responsibilities

Research competition law issues and prepare briefing notes. Assist with merger notification filings and supporting documentation. Help draft compliance training materials for clients. Monitor AZTN and European Commission decisions for relevant developments. Support case teams on cartel investigations and market studies.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Croatian or EU law programme. Interest in competition law and economic regulation. Good academic record. Proficiency in Croatian and English. Basic understanding of EU Treaty competition provisions is an advantage.
