You will assist the corporate team with research, document preparation, and transaction support.

This programme is ideal for students studying for the FE-1 examinations or considering applying for a training contract at a top-tier Irish firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with legal research on corporate law and M&A matters
• Support due diligence exercises on live transactions
• Prepare CRO filings and company secretarial documents
• Attend client meetings and closings as an observer
• Draft memoranda and correspondence under supervision

Requirements

• Currently studying law or recently graduated from UCD, Trinity College Dublin, or equivalent
• Strong academic record with interest in corporate law
• Preparing for or have passed FE-1 examinations is advantageous
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Attention to detail and professional demeanour
• Right to work in Ireland
