Corporate Law Internship — Al Tamimi & Company
Al Tamimi & Company offers a structured 3-month paid internship within our Corporate & Commercial practice at DIFC, Dubai. This internship provides hands-on experience in one of the Middle East's largest law firms.
Programme Details
- Duration: 3 months (Summer 2026, June–August)
- Compensation: AED 4,000/month stipend
- Status: Paid internship with full-time hours (Sunday–Thursday, 9am–6pm)
What You Will Do
- Assist lawyers with M&A due diligence, corporate restructuring, and JV formation projects
- Draft memoranda on UAE Commercial Companies Law and free zone regulatory frameworks
- Attend client meetings and observe DIFC Courts proceedings
- Conduct legal research on DIFC and ADGM corporate law developments
- Support corporate governance advisory work for listed and private companies
Learning Outcomes
Interns gain exposure to cross-border transactions across the GCC, mentorship from senior partners, and the opportunity to network within the DIFC legal community. Top-performing interns may be considered for graduate associate positions.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an LLB or LLM programme at a recognised university, or recent graduate (within 12 months)
- Strong academic record with a focus on corporate or commercial law
- Eligible to work in the UAE (valid visa or UAE national)
- Fluent English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Students from UAE University, University of Sharjah, or other UAE law faculties are encouraged to apply
- Interest in DIFC and ADGM legal frameworks
