Corporate Law Internship - Summer 2026

Abuhimed Alsheaibi Alhoshan (AAA Law), in association with Dentons, is offering a paid summer internship in our Corporate and M&A practice in Riyadh.

Internship Overview

This 10-week paid summer internship provides law students with hands-on experience in corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and capital markets work. You will work alongside experienced lawyers on live transactions related to Vision 2030 mega-projects and cross-border deals.

Duration and Compensation

  • Duration: 10 weeks (June - August 2026)
  • Compensation: SAR 5,000/month (paid)
  • Location: Riyadh office

What You Will Do

  • Assist with due diligence on M&A transactions and corporate restructurings
  • Draft corporate documents including board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and MOAs
  • Research Saudi Companies Law, CMA regulations, and foreign investment rules
  • Attend client meetings and observe negotiations
  • Participate in the firm's professional development seminars

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an LLB program at a recognized Saudi or international university
  • Students in their 3rd or 4th year of law school preferred
  • Strong academic record (GPA 3.5+ or equivalent)
  • Saudi nationals and international students eligible
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Genuine interest in corporate law and commercial transactions
