Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in drafting corporate documents, board resolutions, and shareholders' agreements
• Conduct legal research on the Revised Corporation Code (RA 11232), SEC regulations, and corporate governance matters
• Prepare due diligence reports and assist in document review for M&A transactions
• Draft legal memoranda and case summaries under attorney supervision
• Attend client meetings and transaction closings as an observer
• Participate in the firm's intern training program including lectures by partners and senior associates

• Currently enrolled in a J.D. or LL.B. program at a recognized Philippine law school (3rd or 4th year preferred)

• Law journal or moot court experience is an advantage
• Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months
