IDEAL CANDIDATE STATEMENT The Ideal Candidate for the General Attorney (Labor) (General Counsel Senior Attorney) position will have experience providing expert guidance and advice in extremely intricate legal cases relative to the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), and other federal statutes, such as the Administrative Procedure Act. Bar Membership and Certification: Must currently be a member in good standing of the bar of a state, territory, or commonwealth of the United States, District of Columbia, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
