Internship Description
KPMG East Africa offers a 6-month legal internship in our Corporate Advisory practice. Gain exposure to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and regulatory advisory for clients across East Africa.
Responsibilities
Support due diligence exercises on M&A transactions. Research regulatory requirements across East African jurisdictions. Assist in preparing board resolutions and corporate filings. Draft client memos and advisory briefs.
Requirements
LLB final year student or recent graduate. Strong academic record. Interest in corporate advisory and transactions. Excellent research and analytical skills.
Compensation
