Internship Description
Naspers offers a Legal Internship in its Corporate Development team at the Cape Town headquarters. The intern will assist with corporate transactions, investment structuring, shareholder agreements, and due diligence for technology investments across Africa and emerging markets. Requirements
Currently enrolled in final year LLB or recently graduated. Strong academic record with minimum 65% average. Interest in technology, corporate law, and venture capital. South African citizen or permanent resident. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
