Internship Description

AB & David offers a summer internship programme for law students interested in corporate and commercial law. Work across the firm's pan-African practice areas including energy, banking, and M&A.

Responsibilities

Assist with legal research on pan-African transactions. Help draft commercial agreements and legal memoranda. Attend training sessions and knowledge-sharing seminars. Support lawyers in due diligence exercises.

Requirements
