Internship Description

Alem & Associates offers a structured legal internship (stage) in its Corporate Practice for law students and recent graduates. This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate transactions, M&A, and regulatory work at one of Lebanon's most prestigious firms, founded in 1953.

Responsibilities

Assist lawyers with legal research on Lebanese corporate law and regulations. Draft preliminary legal memoranda and research summaries. Support due diligence processes for corporate transactions. Attend client meetings and court proceedings as an observer. Organize and manage case files and legal documentation.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Licence en Droit program at a recognized Lebanese university. Strong academic record. Working knowledge of Arabic, French, and English. Interest in corporate and commercial law. Ability to commit to a minimum 3-month internship.
