This programme gives aspiring lawyers exposure to the legal operations of one of the world's largest oil companies, covering petroleum contracts, government procurement, and international transactions.

Programme Details

• Duration: 6 months (Starts Q2 2026)
• Compensation: Paid — KWD 350-500/month stipend
• Eligibility: Final-year LLB students or recent graduates; Kuwaiti nationals preferred

What You Will Learn

• Review petroleum contracts and procurement agreements under KPC's legal framework
• Research Kuwait Petroleum Law and environmental regulations
• Assist with preparing legal opinions and contract summaries for management
• Observe arbitration proceedings and dispute resolution meetings
• Support the team on corporate governance documentation for KPC subsidiaries

Requirements

• Final-year LLB student or recent graduate from Kuwait University or equivalent
• Kuwaiti nationality preferred (government entity)
• Bilingual Arabic/English
