Legal Intern — Real Estate & Property

Rodner Martínez & Asociados is offering a legal internship supporting its Real Estate practice, based in Barquisimeto. Interns will gain experience with property transactions, land registration procedures, and urban planning law in the Lara State region.

Key Responsibilities

• Research Venezuelan property law, condominium legislation, and urban planning regulations
• Assist with title searches at the Oficina de Registro Inmobiliario in Lara State
• Draft summaries of property transaction documents and lease agreements
• Support the team with property closing documentation and registry filings
• Prepare legal research memoranda on real estate regulatory matters

• Support attorneys with property transaction documentation
• Assist with registry filings and title search coordination
• Attend property closings as an observer
• Maintain real estate transaction files and databases

• Currently enrolled in final two years of law school (Derecho) at a Venezuelan university
• Interest in real estate, property, or urban planning law
• Proficient in Spanish; English a plus
• Strong organisational and research skills
• Familiarity with Venezuelan property registration system an advantage
